Winter is here in Brevard and the mountains of Western North Carolina, and we’re feeling thankful to be part of this wonderful community. This is a great time to reflect and have real conversations about what’s most important. Unlike many offices that are hard to reach, Team Baldridge is open and available when you need us. We answer our phones, return calls promptly, and are always ready to help—whether you stop by in person, call, text, or schedule a virtual appointment. We’re conveniently located in downtown Brevard with ample onsite parking to make your visit easy and comfortable.

My office and I enjoy working with our customers to help with car, home, renters, condo, life, health, and business insurance needs. We are also one of the few agencies in Western North Carolina that continues to offer coverage for second homes — even those used seasonally or listed on Airbnb and VRBO. Whether it’s a mountain retreat in Lake Toxaway, a Highlands getaway, or a cabin in Pisgah Forest, we know how important it is to protect your home. Relocation is a specialty of ours for new neighbors in the area, and of course, we love our long-time locals too! We also insure all your toys — boats, RVs, campers, and ATVs.

Our office is close to Rosman, Lake Toxaway, Cashiers, Highlands, Cedar Mountain, Penrose, Etowah, Hendersonville, Balsam Grove, Sapphire, Little River, Fletcher and Mills River. We have expanded to provide insurance in Georgia and South Carolina.

We are passionate about our local organizations! I love being involved with Younglife, FCA , the Cindy Platt Boys and Girls Club, St. Baldrick's, and Transylvania County Little League. We are proud members of the Transylvania County Chamber of Commerce. Supporting local groups is a part of our team's mission to make a positive impact in our community.

Brevard has been my home since 2002, though I was raised in Georgia and earned my degree from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. Alongside my husband, I’m a proud mom to three daughters—our oldest is pursuing her path in PA school, our middle daughter is in college and still playing competitive volleyball, and our youngest is getting ready to graduate high school before she continues her volleyball career. When we’re not traveling to games and tournaments, you’ll often find us hiking the beautiful mountain trails with our Bernese Mountain Dog, Boulder. (He’s known to make an occasional appearance at the office, always happy to greet new friends.) I also love cooking and gathering people around a home-cooked meal. And no matter where life takes us, I’ll always be cheering loud for the Georgia Bulldogs.
