"I was trying to secure a new homeowners insurance policy and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with this agency over the course of 3–4 days.
I spoke with at least 3 different representatives and received conflicting information from multiple people, which made the process confusing and frustrating. Communication was unclear throughout, and I did not feel there was sufficient effort to ensure I fully understood the details of binding the new policy.
My interactions with Diane were especially disappointing. Her attitude came across as snarky, dismissive, and condescending, which made me feel like my questions and concerns were not being taken seriously. As a customer making an important financial decision, I expected professionalism, patience, and clear communication.
Overall, the customer service fell well below my expectations. Better communication, consistency among staff, and a greater focus on customer understanding and care would have made a significant difference."
